The Hydrogen Valley Vocational Excellence Hub (H2VE), co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, is proud to lead this transformation by developing innovative vocational training aligned with the needs of Hydrogen Valleys across Europe and Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the heart of this initiative are six newly established Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs), strategically located in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\uddee\ud83c\uddf9 Italy<br>\ud83c\uddec\ud83c\uddf7 Greece<br>\ud83c\udde9\ud83c\uddea Germany<br>\ud83c\uddf5\ud83c\uddf1 Poland<br>\ud83c\uddf1\ud83c\uddfb Latvia<br>\ud83c\uddec\ud83c\udded Ghana<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each CoVE is a regional skills and innovation hub that brings together vocational education providers, industry leaders, research institutions, and policy actors. These centres co-create modular, future-proof training programmes that respond directly to local hydrogen priorities and labour market demands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Designed to foster excellence, adaptability, and inclusiveness, the CoVEs will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop comprehensive training pathways based on EQF-aligned learning units<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote collaboration between education and industry to ensure labour-market relevance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as regional focal points for innovation, knowledge exchange, and stakeholder engagement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empower learners, educators, and professionals to gain the skills needed for a sustainable hydrogen economy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With 19 partners from 6 countries, the H2VE consortium has already laid the foundation for a transnational alliance that not only advances vocational excellence, but also strengthens Europe\u2019s and Africa\u2019s leadership in green energy and skills development .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
